FY 2024 CoC NOFO Funding

The Wake NC 507 CoC Governance Board met on October 25, 2024, at 9 AM to approve the FY 2024 NC 507 Consolidated Application and Priority Listing. The Approved FY 2024 NC 507 Consolidated Application and Priority Listing have been posted below. Please direct all questions to eflynn@wakenc507.org

The NC 507 Wake County Continuum of Care (CoC) is charged by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to submit a community-wide application for homeless assistance funds.
FY 2024 HUD CoC Program Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is published and can be accessed above and at CoC Program Competition page.
HUD has not certified the exact funding available for the FY2024 Competition at this time.
The Department of Housing and Development (HUD) has released the estimated funding available for the FY 2024 CoC Competition. As of August 23, 2024, The NC 507 Wake County Continuum of Care’s estimated Annual Renewal Demand (ARD) is: $4,385,167. Additional bonus funding is also available. The estimated Domestic Violence (DV) Bonus is: $970,271 and the estimated CoC Bonus is: $776,217. This is available to create one or more new project applications. New projects created through bonus funding must meet the project eligibility and project quality threshold requirements established by HUD. For the annual Planning grant, $323,424 is available to the Wake CoC. The Wake CoC (NC 507) is soliciting agencies to submit new, renewal, expansion, DV bonus, and CoC Bonus project applications. All project applications and supplementary materials are due by 9/13/2024, at 11:59 PM. Application and materials to be emailed to funding@wakenc507.org

Arrangements will be made to provide technical assistance or review of any or all parts of Wake’s CoC (NC 507) application process, details, and obligations in a manner that is effective for persons with disabilities or any person with Limited English Proficiency (LEP).
