Governing Board
The Governing Board is the policy-setting and decision-making body for the CoC. The board is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination of resources, and evaluation of results for the community.
The Governing Board will decide how frequently to meet, but shall meet less frequently than every other month to conduct the business of the CoC. Governing Board meetings are for the Board to conduct NC 507 Business, however, attendance at meetings of the Governing Board meetings is open to any interested person to observe.
