FY25 CoC Program NOFO

The NC 507 Wake County Continuum of Care (CoC) is charged by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to submit a community-wide application for homeless assistance funds.

FY 2025 HUD CoC Program Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is published and can be accessed above and at CoC Program Competition page.

HUD has not certified the exact funding available for the FY2025 Competition at this time.

The Department of Housing and Development (HUD) has released the estimated funding available for the FY 2025 CoC Competition. As of November 14, 2025, The NC 507 Wake County Continuum of Care’s estimated Annual Renewal Demand (ARD) is: $5,856,357, with Tier 1 defined as 30% of the ARD ($1,756,907). Additional bonus funding is also available. The estimated Domestic Violence (DV) Bonus is: $609,673 and the estimated CoC Bonus is: $1,219,346. This is available to create one or more new project applications. New projects created through bonus funding must meet the project eligibility and project quality threshold requirements established by HUD. For the annual Planning grant, $304,836 is available to the Wake CoC. Project Applications
Project applications have not yet been published by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Additionally, e-snaps has not yet opened the project applications for registration. Continue to check this page for updates.

The Wake CoC (NC 507) is soliciting agencies to submit new, renewal, expansion, DV bonus, and CoC Bonus project applications for the local competition under the HUD NOFO. All project applications and supplementary materials are due no later than Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 5 PM (subject to change depending upon when e-snaps opens registration). The Wake CoC supports new and renewing applicants and projects that produce high-quality services and housing opportunities that enable persons to remain and thrive in their communities, both independently and with appropriate services. The Wake CoC strives to fund eligible applicants proposing to meet this goal with a project created in collaboration with community partners, homeless and formerly homeless persons, which support the Wake CoC plans and strategies. Successful applicants will demonstrate clear strategies that align with HUD priorities and promote self-sufficiency.
