FY25 CoC Program NOFO

Important Update on the FY25 CoC Competition NOFO

Last updated: December 8, 2025

As of about 3pm EST on December 8, 2025, HUD issued an update on the following website https://www.hud.gov/hud-partners/community-coc and removed the FY25 NOFO from its posting on grants.gov. Please see the language from the update linked.

We intend to pause the local competition such that we do not have additional information or guidance from HUD at this time.

We are planning to keep the technical assistance hour on Wednesday December 10, 2025 at 11 AM and will share out updates as we receive them. We will do our best to respond to any questions or concerns you have at this time.

Date of notice: November 19, 2025

The NC 507 Wake County Continuum of Care (CoC) is charged by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to submit a community-wide application for homeless assistance funds.

FY 2025 HUD CoC Program Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is published and can be accessed above and at CoC Program Competition page.

HUD has not certified the exact funding available for the FY2025 Competition at this time.
