2021 – 2022 NC ESG Intent to Apply Form

Wake County agencies intending to apply for NC ESG  FY2021-2022 are asked to fill out the Intent to Apply form. It is mandatory that all agencies wanting to apply for  funding complete an Intent to Apply this year. The deadline to complete this form is Noon on WEDNESDAY August 4, 2021.
