Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is comprised of the Chairs of all the Governance Committees. The Executive Committee monitors member and overall CoC Continuum of Care compliance with governing documents, funder requirements, and legal statuses. This group sets the agenda for the Governing Board Meetings and convenes ad hoc meetings for specific tasks and/or special issues. They are also responsible for accepting Grievances and appointing a Grievance Response Workgroup as needed.
