CoC Special NOFO Planning Workgroup

The purpose of this workgroup is to collaborate with service providers and key stakeholders to develop the Consolidated CoC Plan and brainstorm potential projects that will support the plan. All proposed SNOFO projects must be consistent with the CoC Plan. HUD recommends collaboration with people with lived experience of homelessness, representatives from underserved communities, PHAs, healthcare entities, and other mainstream service providers.

Please join us for the SNOFO CoC Planning Workgroup. Meetings are held each Monday from 12pm-2pm. Participation is strongly encouraged, especially if you plan to apply for SNOFO funding.

• July 18, 2022: Level Setting, SNOFO overview
• July 25, 2022: Level Setting, identify missing players
• August 1, 2022: Leveraging Housing
• August 8, 2022: Leveraging Healthcare
• August 15, 2022: Partnership presents CoC strategy, workgroup provides edits and feedback
• August 22, 2022: Partnership sends drafted plan prior to meeting, workgroup reviews prior to meeting. Meeting time will be used to gather feedback on the draft.
