FY24 and FY25 YHDP

The Wake CoC Collaborative Applicant is calling for potential applicants for the FY2024 and FY2025 Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project (YHDP) to submit an Intent to Apply.

The purpose of this form is to understand the interest and volume of potential applicants for the FY2024 and FY2025 Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project (YHDP).

The Intent to Apply will remain open until June 19, 2026 at 5 PM. Participation is strongly encouraged but not required to be able to apply.

Please complete one form for each project application you intend to submit.
