System Modeling Overview

• Uses the gaps identified to model an “ideal” system—i.e., if we had the resources we needed to help people exit homelessness through various combinations of housing and services (pathways), what would that look like?
• Establishes population and program model priorities to fill gaps as new resources are secured across systems/funders
• Identifies areas of duplication/surplus of resources that can be reallocated to new priorities
